Yale University - Urban retail redevelopment and leasing to revitalize the downtown retail districts surrounding the main campus areas in New Haven, CT.


Timex - Development consulting to determine highest and best use of surplus real estate. Currently developing a 79 home active adult high end residential community in Middlebury, CT.


Manchester I-84 Associates - Provided asset and property management services for a portfolio of six big box retail shopping centers in Connecticut. Increased cash flow and value prior to the portfolio sale to a major REIT in 2006.

 

Prior Corporate Positions:


Wexford Management, Greenwich, CT - Established Real Estate Division for acquisition of real estate portfolios including shopping centers, residential, office and industrial properties nationwide totaling $700 million.


Chase Manhattan Bank, New York, NY - Vice President of Owned Shopping Center Real Estate. Responsible for asset management of all shopping center Owned Real Estate nationwide totaling $750 million during the 1989 to 1994 recession period. Successfully repositioned the properties and increased value prior to disposition resulting in recapture of over 90% of the book value of the loan portfolio.


Bronson & Hutensky, Hartford, CT - Director of Leasing for a portfolio of shopping centers located throughout the eastern US totaling 2 million square feet.


The Rouse Company, Columbia, MD - Leasing Representative and General Manager for major mall projects in Texas and Connecticut which included North Star Mall, San Antonio, Texas, Ct. Post Mall, Milford, CT and Chapel Square Mall, New Haven, CT.
